In order to give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees, improve the efficiency of operation and management, improve product quality, increase economic efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the company, the company's board of directors decided to comprehensively strengthen the company's production and operation management. To this end, starting from strengthening the labor discipline and job responsibility system, focusing on quality management and production and sales as a breakthrough, comprehensively implement the target management responsibility system and performance appraisal management methods. The relevant items of the assessment method are now explained as follows:

 

1. Explanation of assessment indicators

The assessment indicators are divided into two levels:

The first-level evaluation index is the company's evaluation of the performance of each department. The items to be evaluated are the company's important management goals, and the focus is on the evaluation and evaluation of the work performance and effectiveness of each department;

The second-level assessment indicators are formulated by each department in accordance with the company's relevant rules and regulations, combined with the professional characteristics of each job position, and the purpose is to achieve and complete the company's major operation and management goals. The second-level evaluation index is the evaluation of the labor results of each post (person) by each department, and also the decomposition and refinement of the company's major management objectives. The second-level evaluation runs through the daily management process.

The second-level assessment focuses on the management and control of the operation process, which is also the most basic and most important responsibility of the person in charge of each department.

 

2. Assessment method

1. Comprehensive assessment once a month; main indicators are checked once a week.

2. The first-level assessment is in the charge of the assessment leading group, which is specifically organized and implemented by the General Manager’s Office (personnel department); the second-level assessment is implemented and executed by the heads of various departments, with the assistance and supervision of the General Manager’s Office (personnel department).

3. Monthly assessment results are reported to the assessment leading group, and announced and notified within the company.

 

3. Assessment reward

1. Rewards will be given according to the score obtained from the assessment results. The factory department distributes the total bonus to each department according to the results of the first-level target assessment; each department distributes the bonus to the people according to the assessment results of the respective positions.

2. For employees and management personnel with outstanding performance, the general manager will separately reward them with the director's reward fund.

3. In the usual assessment process, those who find innovative work and outstanding performance will be rewarded in the current month; and those who work passively, slow down, or affect production will be notified that month, and will be deducted or punished in the general assessment of the year-end assessment .

 

4. Establish an assessment leading group to strengthen the leadership of assessment work

Target management and performance appraisal are a powerful tool to promote the further standardization of corporate management, and are also an important part of the modern corporate management system. For this reason, the company’s board of directors has decided to establish a "target management and performance appraisal leading group" to strengthen the leadership of this work .
