The first phase of the project involved an investment of RMB 350 million, occupies over 60 mu of land, and boasts a total construction area of 60,000 square meters. After 16 years of development, Shanghai Tangke has built a comprehensive production infrastructure encompassing blown film extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, and bag-making, with an annual output exceeding 50,000 tons of nylon co-extruded films and aluminum‑plastic composite films.

Composite Film Series

Structure: PA/PE, PA/EVOH/PE, PE/PA/PE, PA/PE (PP), PA/EVOH/PE (PP) Standard specifications: 70/95/125 µm, 45/50/60 µm, 140/180/200 µm Application features: By incorporating barrier materials such as PA and EVOH, these composite films deliver exceptional water‑proof, moisture‑proof, and gas‑barrier properties, effectively preventing product spoilage and extending shelf life. The use of nylon raw materials enhances the integrity of air cushions, making them less prone to rupture and providing superior protection for contents during logistics and transit—ideal for packaging glassware, toner cartridges, fruits, and more. Some composite films are produced using a down‑blowing water‑cooling process, offering excellent airtightness and barrier performance to meet diverse requirements, including product preservation, oxidation resistance, moisture protection, puncture resistance, high‑temperature sterilization, and resistance to film curling. They also exhibit strong heat‑seal strength and good thermal adhesion, remaining intact after sterilization. Their highly transparent, high‑gloss surface facilitates printing and ensures excellent visual appeal. Application scenarios: Widely used in packaging, electronics, medical, energy, and other sectors. Key types include aluminum‑plastic composite films, aluminized composite films, and nylon composite films.

Functional Film Series

Structure: PA/PE, PE/EVOH/PE, PE/PA/PE, PE/PA/EVOH/PE Standard thickness: 70/95/120 µm Key features: High barrier properties, excellent transparency, and puncture resistance. Application scenarios: Suitable for use in automatic packaging machines or slitting machines; can be used to form bags directly or laminated with other materials. Commonly employed for vacuum packaging of frozen and refrigerated meat products, seafood, vegetables, and more.

Embossed Bag Series

Structure: PA/PE, BOPA/PE Standard thickness: 180 µm; customizable options available Key features: Vacuum‑packaging bags with a distinctive textured surface, offering an attractive design and excellent freshness‑preserving performance, primarily used for food preservation and storage. Application scenarios: Suitable for packaging a wide range of room‑temperature and frozen foods in household settings, extending shelf life while preventing oxidation and spoilage.

Repack Series

Structure: PE/PA/PE Standard thickness: 45/50/60 µm Key features: The use of nylon raw material enhances the air column’s fullness and resistance to rupture, providing superior protection against damage during logistics and transit.
